Good afternoon :)

Lyrics: No, nowhere near.

What: I've been for a walk this morning and I might go for a run this afternoon if my car is released from the car hospital (just routine maintenance) before dark.
Why: My old carcass was feeling old, but some gentle exercise in the sunshine and a slab of lemon and blueberry frangipane seems to have livened it up.
Last hard: Sunday.
