4th session of bootcamp. I’m bloody loving it 🥰 although my shoulders and legs aren’t quite so sure. Today was a HIIT class - indoors and outdoors, depending on what you were doing for that 3 mins - followed by a social (pizzas cooked by the Italian brothers who run the gym, in their pizza oven) with beer and brownies. It was a bit of a drive to this venue (30mins through some twisty turny country lanes) but worth every minute.

Then we went to Bishopthorpe Palace (open this weekend as is York Unlocked this weekend) and then pottered into York and saw some other things and walked many steps.

No exercise of any type today. I went to meet my swimmy friends on the beach and watched as they frolicked in the waves
but had no wish to join them in the water.

I don't know why but my foot has been quite painful today, on the bit where I had a Morton's Neuroma a few years ago. I really hope it's not coming back 😕
