Ah, I see. This person is really loud! Although I've dialled it back a bit in recent years, I still land mostly on my forefoot: fetcheveryone.com/gallery-showphoto.php?id=99274 Sounds like these shoes could be a benefit. |

I'm not bothered by it but I had another runner tell me mid-parkrun that I needed to land less heavily. I think it's more noticeable because I'm so small relative to the amount of noise my feet make.

One thing I've noticed is that the noise often seems more apparent to others than to the runner themselves. Perhaps because the sound propagates out to the side rather than straight up, plus the runner has their body in the way. (I'm sure this point is not a VF specific thing, but the VFs are particularly noisy) |

@Chris my first pair now have 250 miles in them and they are still noisy. I was about to decommission them over the weekend but then i took them out for a final easy 6 miles and they still felt good.
