0.402kg/cm (70.3kg, 175cm tall 5'9)
0.413 for larks (sorry make, had to do that calc for you!)
How tall is WW?
I put my 38:58 in Fetch race log yesterday and it's my second highest WAVA ever 77.5%, only a smidge behind my 37:17 from 3.5 years ago 77.9%. I think WAVA is going to be my new target. Loving getting older, even if I can never get faster. Never say never of course!
Any news from Clare and Jovi (or did I miss them) from Berlin? Sounds like it was a fab race by the elites. G

Clare posted a 3:28 on strava with nice even pacing throughout, looked like she enjoyed it.
I'm certainly better height / weight than the 80kgs I was 18 months ago. Weight vibes down in the week when I'm on lunchtime sandwiches rationed by SWMBO, goes up at weekends when I'm nearer the biscuit tin and use the excuse of needing to replace glycogen after longer runs!

That's a good run there G. I must have missed it somehow, excellent comeback and I am sure that you are on your way to something easily sub 3:15. I would comment more exactly but your habit of adding in runs with 17 min/miles is breaking my predictor!
I'm learning to love WAVA too I believe that 80% is the new must have round here
Most are short compared to CW who looks VERY rakish at the moment, I was commenting on that as you crossed the line at Mhd HM CW. Very rakish.
I'm 5'7" / 170 cm which I believe gives me 0.318 kg/cm. Means nothing. Only results matter....

Bear in mind fetcheveryone's WAVA calcs use the older tables so 80% here, particularly for men in their 40s, could well be 77/78 when done using the new tables. However I'm sticking with fetcheveryone's ones as they are higher

I can just manage >75% WAVA on my best results (using Fetch's tables), but it is going up as I get older!
WW, I'll take rakish! By the way, when do we hear the results of your predictor? Also do you explain the maths/science behind it, or is it a guess? I'd love to know what you have me down for!

^^^Yep this. Be interesting to see how well it predicts for a first timer who thinks he's being cautious with pace, but might be biting off more than he can chew in attempt #1.
