Well , I've rolled the dice. Just had to fill out the form for my Annual Appraisal thingy. Two of the questions I just answered. Target for the next 12 months : Train my successor and reduce number of work days if possible Ambition for next 3 years : 2 Years retired |

Hope you get a yes Leggers. But I always remember my head chef in a kitchen I worked in. He sidled up and said ‘about your day off next week….’ I was just about to launch into my reasons for a particular day and he added….‘You ain’t got one’, then walked off cackling as if he’d cracked the best joke in human history. |

I've taken delivery of the balance, after tax and some business expenses, of the wages I've been owed since 2018 and thought I'd never see. I'd call that closure were it not for the risk of historical patient complaints which won't ever go away. The manner in which it will be recycled into the economy has not yet been decided. |

Excellent goals BL! And great news vrap (less so patient complaints) I’m sure the only thing getting me through this half year reporting is it’s my last one! (All being well) |

I quite enjoyed my last year of "lasts" which I knew about but no-one else did at the time!
