Having done 4.35 at Brighton I should be going for sub 4.30 now, although the chances of doing it at Halstead next month are pretty slim I would say (too soon, too hilly) and Beachy next September is NOT a PB course so realistically we are looking at spring maras next year, rather than this. Still, have a go, eh?
