And as a direct result of that, Wanda has started a diet today although she doesn't know it yet.......

I do have a "Stop Something in September" challenge, but I won't clutter up the thread with it.

Though 1st September was the day the poisoned chalice of senior partnerhood fell into my hands for the first time. I could do with a proper thing to start that I can keep doing in September. I won't be able to ride the mountain bike tandem again till October. Nothing's jumping out at me yet, and I'm not sure I've got capacity for any new commitments.
