Anyone bought this brand yet? If so, which model and are they any good? I see they're the preferred shoe at this year's Cocodona 250 as well.

I'm looking for a comfortable, long range, light trail, hybrid type shoe as my next pair of off roads. Looking at the H1 as they seem to cater for the mixed terrain of road to trail I have around me here.

Seen lots of great reviews, but not tried it.

The other shoe in this category that is currently getting lots of great reviews is the Salomon Aero Glide 4 GRVL - think the Salomon is higher stack and a bit softer, so if your trails are technical at all, then the MtC would maybe be better

That's interesting, thanks. I have a local stockist of those, so could easily try before I buy.

I've got a pair of T1s t
hat I love. I find them very similar to my Hoka Tecton x2s ie great long distance race shoe with great grip, a helpful rocker and perfect cushioning and protection on stony tracks. They're quite a well fitting shoe which might be a problem for people with particularly wide feet (similar to Tecton and Speedgoat).

I've also run in H1s which are a softer, wider shoe that I found them very similar to my Inov8 Trailfly Ultra G280s which I love as a bulk running shoe. For me they weren't a shoe i'd want to race in, particularly off road.

That's very useful insight, thank you. I do have a very slightly wider fitting usually. So anything that is tight or with a more rigid upper is normally a no go for me. But the H1 sounds like it could be worth a closer look at. :)
