I am currently reading the book ‘race against time’ all about ageing and how your fitness declines as you age.
Anyway it says to slow down the decline work on your balance and strength.
I did a YouTube session with Jenny McClendon called Ten best balance exercises and it was fine and I know I need to work on my balance.
Any other recommendations for balance sessions on YouTube which are a bit more challenging but okay for someone over 70.
