Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

Ok before I read that post above Fetch, I installed firefox and went straight to the link above and .........................

*drum roll*

*celebratory flapjack to the ready*

RESULT!!!!!

and I like that I can pick what each session is in terms of discipline.

Good job cos if I tried to do what you said above there's every chance I'd blow up the world!!!
Give me a prem baby and I'm fine.....
Ask me to do anything more computer wise than press enter and you're all in trouble!!!!!!

Fetch - you wonderful clever (don't like being called Lord or Sir) Fetch.

Fetch, like you say, small enough to be rounding errors.

It's hardly worth mentioning, but I also just noticed that the new importer thought I'd done my run at 11am whilst the old version correctly said it was noon?

Now back to Faffage and Panic over this blinkin' Middle Distance Tri on Sunday.

Fetch, reckon you can make Snowdonia flatter in 36 hrs?

After all you seem to be a real wizard. :-)

Sioux - I wouldn't uninstall IE if I were you. Windows is likely to come after you if you do that :-)

Nelly - I think it's a case of retro-fitting all the little buglets that I fixed in the old one - but collecting them all together in one place first :-)

Fetch: I was hoping you'd say that :)
Thanks. Looks good so far, particularly like the single click to set the discipline and send it on its way.

I spent yesterday coding to fix a workflow from a horrible difficult kludge followed by tidying up in another language entirely to a nice clean easy flow in a single program (it's still coded in two languages, but the joins don't show). It's a nice feeling when things like that work, isn't it?

Ok- will ignore it- as suspected Windows would blow up the world. ;-)

Now about those lumpy bits in Snowdonia, any chance you can uninstall them for me? :-) bike

About This Thread

Maintained by fetcheveryone
Just a little note to say thanks for all the comments here and via feedback. The test phase was useful for knocking off a lot of bugs, but there's nothing like the thrill of putting something live to really get that usability feedback flowing :-)

Here's the TO DO list following feedback from users:

1) Solution for only showing runs since last update - DONE
2) Links on successful import to allow direct route to edit/view - DONE
3) Avoid reloading data on choosing different time view.
4) Stop people pressing the button more than once - DONE
5) Auto detect sport where available.
6) Fix rogue pace zones (reported by Duchess, MacApple et al)
7) Max speed (for Mick173)
8) Smoother import of elevation data.
