Couple of days of short easy runs after race so today decided to add a little pace. 3.5 miles first couple of miles climbing up from Sheffield city centre up through the Sky Edge estate. First 3 miles fairly easy then last 0.5 miles quicker but slower than MP. Legs felt good so ready for long run on Thursday. |

Thursday was the only day this week I could get a long run in as working Fri sat sun nights. Did 15 miles. After 5.5 miles did half mile at MP, did another 3 half miles at MP but with reducing easy milage between them. In last mile or so did some drills, pylometrics and strides all greatly reduced numbers from normal. Legs felt good so happy.

Easy 6 miles or so this evening mainly along the Chesterfield canal. Light not to great under the trees so very easy run to reduce risk of tripping. Legs felt good after yesterdays long run
