Definitely give a half murph a go RH that's what I did in May and its still not an easy workout and very much a challenge. Upper body strength work is hard for women. Sometimes the time is irrelevant and completion is the aim.

The idea is you start the clock at the beginning of the first run then stop it at the finish of the final run.
