Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

SE - I used to have a shin problem whereby they would feel really tight at the end of races, and I was left with a sore spot which was ok to run on, I iced it for ages but it only got gradually better. If you have the same there is a stretch you can do to strengthen the shin muscles, either walk around on your heels till the shin is fatigued or, one which is more easy to do (eg at your desk if applicable) you just sit down and raising your foot completely then put it down on the floor again - repeat for 20secs or until it is fatigued.
Once I did this the week after a 5km when the pain came back, it went in a couple of days, wish I'd done it instead of icing the thing!

Yeah I nearly wrote that sioux.

So I didn't scare the fetch head too much then.

His mother didn't do the crazy thing, his father did the first spray and the mad purple one did the second
