Just had a rook, herring gull and jackdaw eating something in my front garden. I've never seen that combination in my garden before.

We found a dead blue tit in our pond today. Lots of birds land on the weed and have a bath. We suspect that it may have been overwhelmed by the large group of starlings that frequent pond for their ablutions. š
