We hammered him round leg 4 as he was suffering and after coaxing him to Newlands almost ran arm in arm with him. Poor lad had to take a shit on the fell side in front of his dad who then had to help him pull his shorts up 😀

To be honest, I haven't ruled in or out doing one. I keep yo-yoing with the idea. And given previous experiences in ultras, I'm almost certain to have a bad patch, often a long one.
