The lemon drizzle was also nice. But it didn't have whisky in it.

Great cakes - whisky would’ve been (would be) a great addition to a lemon drizzle cake, especially along with some ginger!

Hoping they all taste ok, as head wasn’t in the right place (sick, elderly cat in his last days 😿 along with distraught (because of cat) daughter )) - which was one of the reasons for the baking....will find out later! I can’t imagine any of it’ll be that bad that butter (toasted bread) and custard (cake) won’t save the day 🤔😜
