Top running in the heat today folks, you are all star s! Great pics incoming too. :)

I made it to the beach and went in the sea for a dip twice. Just as well it was a bit wavy as that helped me to get in. :)

It was like August Bank Holiday down there but I reckon most people were incoming day trippers, especially judging by the parking. :-o

So after a bit of an awful running attempt on Thursday. I got out there and managed a Sri it of 5 mins run, 3 mins walk, 8 mins run, 3 mins walk and 5 mins run. I’ve not ran for 8 minutes for a long time. I slowed down to a comfortable 12:30 min/mile pace and felt really comfortable. Speed will get there eventually but for now I will absolutely take that. Loved that run!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2020 thread, everybody welcome. The thread motto is:
'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

At normal times: All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles. Extra points for bins :-) And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
