Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Morning. Managed 4.5 miles yesterday just after 5:30pm and it was horrible - I felt hot, tired, old, slow, heavy ... you name it. Mostly hot though, it was roasting. And So Many People! Every time that I had to walk I found it very hard to start running again which isn’t usually the case.

Today’s speed session has been postponed until tomorrow as I have a lunch meeting. Also my right knee is playing up a bit again and kept waking me up last night, grumbling. I think it needs resting today.

*whispers*

I didn't do them all, Teebs. Or all the press-ups. I just couldn't. I hid on the floor.

I have wondered about asking to join boot camp and then just having a good nap through it :-)

One of the hardest circuit classes I ever did was where there were only 3 of us. There was nowhere to hide!

Dipps please join us, it's fun, really, and nobody else is watching you anyway.

I didn't do all the burpees either, mainly because she was moving too fast. And Linds I moved on to wall press ups after the first two sets as my shoulder wouldn't do anymore on the floor.

Yes was moving too fast, wasn't she? Dipps, please do. It's great fun and lovely to see each other twice a week.

I can do loads more press ups than I could at the beginning so that's good enough for me.

Burpees are of the devil. I absolutely destroyed my ITB/knee doing some at boxing years ago and couldn't run for a month. Never again.

Off to collect the teenperson this afternoon and she's staying over. :-) heart
