Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It's The Groe parkrun, WW, in Builth Wells (mid Wales). It's very flat. Only been going for 3 months. Nearest one to home for me.

Well done Columba.

Gymfreak - you have been racing quite a lot lately so a few days off isn't a bad idea.

I had a good run at Yeovil yesterday, 4:53, course best by 14 minutes and I actually finished in time to hear the Yeovilton Military Wives Choir, they were really good. Every other year they've gone home by the time I've finished.

Nice all round Shades. I think every race should finish with a choir.

I'm gearing up my thoughts for round 4 of the EMGP Corby 5 this Wednesday night. It's not an easy course but will give it a go. I want to keep the 60%+ going.

With recent events at work and a poor nights sleep I'll be happy to stumble over +60% WAVA. See what tonight brings.

Good luck with your race WW

Definitely giving mine a miss this week. Hardly been able to run this week apart from a couple of runs in the IOW coz of loads of family visits. Slight sore but ok top of hamstring and had a sore throat for a few days so enough excuses and will look for another one

It's a difficult decision to miss any runs or rides but you've made the right one GF.

It was a wet Corby 5 and I managed 60.26% on a hilly course. I wasn't mentally up for this after events this week. However I didn't want to to on here my new favourite thread and tell you all I'd failed.

Hopefully official time I won't loose too many seconds. I can do better.
