Hope the farmer's walk has set you up nicely for park run today hs.

Winter often hangs on Lesley but more so up there! Ugh!! Hope the 12 miler goes to plan.
Good distance Donnie1 as double figures. I'm sure you'll be adding to that distance week by week.

Well done Peter for yesterday's 4.2 miles, and lovely photos, and this mornings parkrun.

Well done Donnie1 for your 10.2 miles, plus a couple of shorter ones, bringing your mileage to date to 228.

This mornings parkrun was about a minute slower than last weeks, but on a different course, which was riddled with deep puddles, edged with wet mud, and intermittent rain.

We went to our favourite cafe afterwards for coffee and homemade cake 😋
