The Forest of Dean Athletics Club founded in 1982 is a UKA affiliated Athletics Club. Based at the Five Acres Sports Centre in Berry Hill near Coleford in the Forest of Dean. We compete in Track and Field Athletics, Sportshall Athletics, XC, Fell and Road Running. We are affiliated to the Avon League (T&F), Midland T&F League, the GAAA XC & Gwent XC leagues. Track training is 6:15 warm-up for a 6:30 session each Tuesday. 3 pace groups with slightly different distance sessions to choose from.
